B0503 Step 5. Grower Ducks

1. Called Grower – Ducks begins when they are 1.5 – 5.5 months old
2. Move the ducks from growing cage to Rim cage which has a yard and a population density of 25 ducks per square metre
3. Replace the drinking water everyday
4. inspect and separate ducks whose size are way too small
5. Food to be given is brand N521 with 23% of protein. The amount is 7.5 – 8 kilograms for 100 ducks.

Caring for Growing Age – usually called Grower – Ducks begins when they are 1.5 – 5.5 months old. Caring for ducks in Grower period is done as follows:
1 Move the ducks from growing cage to Rim cage which has a yard and a population density of 25 ducks per square metre (the cage that has been built in Step 2).
2 Replace the drinking water everyday and there is no need to give water at night.
3 In the growing age or grower, inspect and separate ducks whose size are way too small compared to the others, to avoid the smaller ducks from dying because of fierce competition for food with the bigger ducks. Inspection is done everyday.
4 Food to be given is brand N521 with 23% of protein. The amount is 7.5 – 8 kilograms for 100 ducks.
