1. Separate the good quality fish
2. Poor quality fish will be purchased at lower prices
3. Good Quality tuna meat has transparent and pink colour

Sorting must be done to separate the good quality fish. Fish of good quality will be purchased with higher prices and will be exported to Japan. While poor quality fish will be purchased at lower prices and will be marketed to local market
Check the quality of tuna with checker tool in form of long iron with the hole. Pierce the meat near the dorsal fin.
Separate the good quality tuna. Good quality tuna will be exported while poor quality tuna will marketed to local market
Good Quality tuna meat has transparent and pink colour
